Lightness and effortlessness are contrasted with sculptural forms and well-considered detailing. Uniformity and precision are defied by fractures and deconstruction. Past confronts the present whilst the passage of time remains stable. This Zeus+Dione 2022 Resort collection is about capturing a strong feeling that fluctuates between differing contrasts, resulting in garments that transition from day to evening whilst celebrating colours and materials.

There is a singularity to the way in which colours such as smokey topaz, burnt umber, terracotta and denim as well indigo blue with accents of bronze have been used. Zeus+Dione signature Spathoto silk has been woven in smokey topaz, a combination of taupe and ivory, and it also comes in an optimistic rainbow spectrum. For CROCUS top and CYCLAMEN dresses, the material has been easily draped resulting in a sensual yet feminine silhouette. Pleating creates controlled volume in several different ways.

Decorative elements adorn the collection. Inspired by an old precious metal gunpowder bag with intricate motifs, ornate embossing technique has been introduced on bags. Alongside traditional ‘Lachouri’ designs, coin and amphora charms based on ancient styles decorate necklaces, bracelets, earrings and garments.
