Delivery & Returns

For shipments within Greece, charges apply as follows:
In the Prefecture of Attica within 1-2 working days, transportation costs are 4€ up to 2 kg of packages. For every additional kg, the charge shall be 1,50€ per kg.
In the rest of Greece within 2-3 working days, transportation costs are 6,50€ up to 2 kg of packages. For every additional kg, the charge shall be 2€ per kg.

Cash on Delivery (Greece)
For any delivery via “Cash on Delivery” regardless of the destination within Greece, a charge of 8€ shall apply up to 2 kg. For every additional kg, the charge shall be 2,50€ per kg.

For international shipments, charges apply as follows:
In Europe within 3-5 working days, transportation costs are 20€ up to 2 kg of packages. For every additional kg, additional charges may apply.
In the rest of the world within 5-7 working days, transportation costs are 30€ up to 2 kg of packages. For every additional kg, additional charges may apply.

 

RETURNS
You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within 7 working days from the date you receive it.

In case of any return you shall only bear the shipment cost of returning the product. Send us an email at customer_care@zeusndione.com mentioning the order date and order number. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all ZEUS+ΔIONE garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Please also include in the return package a copy of the return email and the payment receipt. Any such returns shall be accepted solely upon approval on behalf of the company subject to meeting the above conditions. As soon as we receive the returned product, we will process your request and notify you via e-mail regarding processing within approximately 5-6 working days. Following a product return you may choose to (a) credit your account or (b) receive refund of the amount paid. Any refunds shall be concluded within 8 days from the date we shall receive the product.

For hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept return of certain items such as swimwear, leggings, leotards, tights and earrings.

In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake the shipment cost of such product return and deliver the order again at the shipping address you have specified at the company’s own expense.

REPLACEMENT
ZEUS+ΔIONE cannot provide replacement service. In case you wish to exchange any product, you need to return such product to the company as further described above and complete a new order.

All products returned to the ZEUS+ΔIONE undergo meticulous quality control.

For your own convenience, it is recommended to check carefully your order upon delivery and the condition of the sold product, as well as to check if the product’s packaging is intact so as to detect any apparent faults. In case a fault is detected in a returned product during quality control, the company undertakes to contact consumers in order to resolve the issue.
